FORCED-AIR VENTILATING DUTS FOR UNDERGROUND MINING INDUSTRY
Technical fabrics used by us in the production of air pipes meet all the requirements and criteria for coated fabrics
in terms of their suitability for used in the underground mines exposed to the risk of methane and/or coal dust explosion.
Every ventilating duct has steel rings coated with PVC on both ends.
The rings determine the diameter of the duct and make it possible to connect the pipes together.
Depending on the diameter, the pipes have one or two load-bearing creases with steel loops designed to suspend the pipe.
We also produce the pipes with the built-in load-bearing lines inside the creases.
In accordance with the applicable classification presented in Directive 94/9/EC – ATEX,
our pipes have been classified to:
I group, M1 category
I group, M2 category
